We first fell in love with the Chihuahua breed about 25 years ago when my husband brought home a little bundle of Chihuahua fur we named “Sara”. Sara was a joy and part of our family for 17 years until she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. We missed her and didn’t quite know what to do with ourselves until a few years back when I started looking at the Chihuahua babies offered for adoption. After studying the look and the lines of the puppies being offered, we were able to determine what we wanted our new family member to look, and possibly act, like. In doing so we have met some of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Since that first encounter with our new Chihuahua fur-kid, we were "smitten." The saying goes "You can't have just one Chihuahua!" Well, it's true! We've continued to add to our family some of the finest lines of Chihuahuas available....Ouachitah, Prior, McIntosh, Cam, Charming Chi, Hurd, Schroeder, Ka-Lynn, Hi-C, O'Pag, Davishall, to name just a few. Behind some of these names are people just as fine as the lines they breed. They have taken fine breeding and the responsibility thereof, to heart. These people are my mentors. Because of them, we have learned much and been able to breed to the standard expected for the show ring.
We are proud to be exhibitors of some of the beautiful little Chihuahuas entrusted to us and those of which we have bred ourselves through patience and study.
As you have a look at the lovely little Chihuahuas we have in our family, please remember, these are our companions and pets as well as being well-bred and worthy of the highest accolades! Though they may not be all show ring champions, they are all CHAMPION'S OF OUR HEARTS!
